Chin Lin came from Taiwan in 1989 for graduate studies at The Ohio State University. After graduating in 1991, Chin stayed home for a couple of years to be with her husband and two children. She joined Heritage Club as a financial assistant in April 1997. She became a Certified Public Account in 1999 and was soon promoted to the Controller position. Head Golf Professional
Mike Murphy
Mike Murphy, PGA Professional, rejoined the Heritage Club team as Head Golf Professional in January 2010. He is a graduate of Indiana State University, where he earned a degree in Marketing. Mike is a Class A PGA member and is certified in all six areas recognized by the PGA of America. Prior to entering the golf business, Mike spent 17 years with Bridgestone Corporation in various positions, and retired from the Corporate Office in Chicago, Illinois in 2000. He then became President/General Manager of Cincinnati Hometown Golf, a golf publication and golf event company. While working at Hometown Golf, he entered the PGA Professional Golf Management program and became an Assistant Professional at Four Bridges Country Club and at Heritage Club. Mike was also employed at Colleton River Plantation in Hilton Head and spent two years as Head Golf Professional at Kenwood Country Club.
 
Executive Chef
Jeffrey Brown
Jeffrey Brown joined the Heritage Club team in 2000 in the role of Executive Chef, after a 4 year tenure as Executive Chef of Country Club of the North in Dayton. Jeff has lived his entire life in Ohio and did his training at the Hocking Institute, where he completed degrees in both Culinary and Hotel/Hospitality Management. Soon after school he did a seven week Internship at one of the super clubs in Jamaica. He started with Country Club of the North in 1993 as the Sous Chef, and moved into the role of Executive Chef in 1996. Jeff and his wife Carrie have two children.
 
Golf Course Superintendent
Tony Dierkers
Tony Dierkers was born and raised in Cincinnati and graduated from Moeller High School before earning his Bachelor's Degree in Agronomy from the College of Agriculture at The Ohio State University in 1994. From 1993-1999 Tony worked at Muirfield Village Golf Club as an assistant superintendent, preparing the course for events such as The Memorial, The 3 Tour Challenge, and the Solheim Cup. Tony earned the designation of Certified Golf Course Superintendent in 2005 and is a 3 time past president of the Greater Cincinnati Golf Course Superintendents Association. Tony currently serves as a national delegate to the GCSAA, and is a member of the National Education Committee.
 
Director of Maintenance
Jason Keller
Jason brings many years of related experience from similar positions in the hotel business, assisted living complexes and apartment building upkeep. When not at work he enjoys fishing, woodworking, motorcycle riding and is an ordained minister. He likes to jokingly say “I can marry you and bury you!”. Jason has many daily tasks to keep our 24 year old building running smoothly and always appreciates a heads up if you see anything in need of repair.
